Visit the Rift Valley
Drive down to the Maasai community via the "Kona Saba" (Seven Corners) escarpment vista after passing through a typical tree savannah at the base of the escarpment from Monduli town. The Rift Valley, Kitumbeine Mountain, Longido, and Mount Kilimanjaro are all beautifully visible from the "Kona saba" escarpment. Along the route, you may come across wildlife like zebras, gazelles, giraffes, impalas, ostriches, and others in their native environments. The Saturday red market is another option.

Taresero Mountain Experience
Drive to the summit of Mt. Taresero, which is about 2230 meters (7316 feet) above sea level, from Monduli town in Monduli Juu. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding plains and nearby mountains like Mount Meru, Longido, and Ol Donyo Lengai. The Saturday red market is another option.

Emairete Crater
Discover the enormous Mairete caldera, which is not as big as Ngorongoro but remains magnificent, by driving from Monduli town to Emairete Crater to Magadi view point. For ages, cattlemen have been grazing their livestock on the grasslands. There are many Bomas in the area. The Saturday red market is another option.
Before heading back to Arusha, a nice picnic lunch is provided at the Emairete campsite.
